Spring Trends for Children: The Colors of Rainbow Sherbet

Or "sure-bert" like we used to say in my house when we were little.  "Can I have some Rainbow sure-bert please?" was often heard around dessert time.

And those colors.....ahhh.  Lovely for Spring.

Too bad we are too late to buy this vintage dress.  It just screams rainbow sherbet, doesn't it? But she does have some other vintage loveliness in her shop.  I still love to look at it....maybe some sewing inspiration?

Or look at this vintage-inspired dress in pure silk from Miniboden is also lovely. (Not to mention the photoshoot...it's pure lovely too.)

These lemon twill trousers from Zara Kids are also calling my name.

And this mini-ruffle dress from J Crew is certainly some sherbet eye-candy.

And for the boys:

This jacket from Crewcuts would be perfect for Easter.

Or even this raspberry sherbet colored shirt from Children's Place would be great for a toddler (and it's on sale for $14!)

We may need some Rainbow sherbet for dessert tonight.  All this talk of it (I haven't had some in years) is making me want some right now.  Yum!

P.S.  There's a linky party tomorrow to see what you have been sewing lately for your kiddos.  Feel free to link up anything you have sewn this winter or even what you have been getting ready for Spring!  See you then!
