The holiday season means holiday dresses and often that means tulle.
Tulle...I have a love hate relationship with it.
Love how it looks...hate working with it.
But that being said...it seems like we are using it a lot.
So here are a few tutorials we have using tulle that may help you with your holiday sewing:

Dear Ladies,
ReplyDeleteI've sewn with tulle. Here's my post: http://sewmuchtogive.blogspot.com/2014/03/wild-zebra-rockin-ballet-dress.html
Instead of a gathered petticoat under the dress I made, I added 4 layers of netting over the cotton poplin zebra fabric.
I edged the netting hem edges with 2 different types and widths of ribbon so you could visually tell there were multiple layers.
The edging ribbons really made a difference.
