Hiya! I’m Aimee, the creator and designer behind Puzzle Patterns. I live in Melbourne, Australia with my partner and our 2 (almost three) children. 2 girls, Lottie and Róisín and a little boy who is currently expected any day now! I have been sewing since I was a little one with my grandmother and took a break through those rebellious teenage years only to find myself back at it when I started working in costume in film and theatre in my twenties.
Last year I took the leap from working on a television show here in Melbourne to creating Puzzle Patterns, a dream of mine that was brought to life with the first designs, the Playtime Collection. The patterns in each collection are meant to be interchangeable - like puzzles. You can create a capsule wardrobe from the patterns in the shop by switching up the pattern pieces to design your own style.
I am very excited to be here among all the talented Aussie designers and I can’t wait to get started! Thanks for having me Project Run and Play!
