Anne for Project Street Style

Our final designer for Project Street Style is Anne of Sofilantjes.  She's designed the very fun Via Top, Tunic and Dress pattern.

My name is Anne and I design for Sofilantjes. Next to being the head designer and owner of Sofilantjes I am a mom to our children and wife tot the love of my life. I've been designing for Sofilantjes for more than 5 years now and still love it. Through the years Sofilantjes has become a team effort. Not only is my family part of the team, my husband and my children (my models), I have also made friends along the way who help. They are pattern testers, group admins, social media assistants and co-designers in training. Together we are Sofilantjes. And together we design the patterns you love so much.

For the Project Run and Play Street Style collection I designed the VIA top, tunic and dress. It is a loose fitted garment with colorblock at the sides. This way you get to use up small pieces of fabric and get to play around with print and color. The VIA pattern was inspired by the street slyle. I wanted a loose fitted dress to create a cool look. A dress that can be worn with either boots or sneakers. The VIA is a dress like that. It is designed for French Terry or summer sweat fabric. To me the VIA fits the street style theme. Though it depends on the colors and prints used if it fits the theme. A street style look more than just one item. Street style is a whole look. Street style looks comfortable. Street style is wearing clothes that you can move around in and look cool.

  1. dat ziet er een leuk patroon uit, maar ik vind het nergens te koop. Ik zou het graag hebben.
