Hi!
I'm Dominique from Germany, 33 years old and the creative head behind "Made for Motti". My blog contains a colorful mix of sewing content, educational work and family everyday life. As a mother of three I am blogging about the joys and challenges of being a mom with a special focus on raising a child with Down Syndrome. Spreading awareness and facing the good sides of life is what I love to do.
I began to sew when my oldest child was half a year old and thereby stepped into my grandfather's shoes, who was a tailor. At some point I started to design my own patterns, resulting in a small pattern shop, you can find at www.madeformotti.de (all patterns are in German).
By now I’m nearly doing the whole wardrobe for my kids and I like it simple and practical. I prefer natural materials and developed a passion for earth tones (unfortunately my daughter does not share the same taste).
I am really excited about participating in Season 27 of Project Run & Play and I hope I can not only show you pretty outfits but also the beauty of Down Syndrome!
