A Sneak Peak at A New Project

For awhile now we have been working behind the scenes on a new project.  One that we are very excited about.  So excited that we can't wait until the day it should "officially" be announced.  And so...we're just going to tell you all about it today!

Project Run and Play is going to have a companion site---Project Sewn.
(Which you can check out HERE.)

You see, our first love always has (and probably always will be) making, designing, and constructing children's clothing however...we have a secret:  We also enjoy sewing for ourselves...a lot.  Like "making personalized slopers for ourselves to draft patterns" off kind of enjoyment.  We just don't share that love on our blog often.

Every once in awhile we'll share a little peek like one of Elizabeth's shirts:

But in general we've kept those sewing adventures to ourselves...until now!

It should be fun...and cool...and we just can't wait to get started!
(It's going to be awesome---one project just focusing on sewing for children and one just focusing on sewing for women.  It's like sewing heaven!)

So go and check out Project Sewn and then watch next week for the "official" announcement.  (It comes with a giveaway that I promise you won't want to miss out on!)

  4. THIS IS AMAZING! I love sewing children's clothing as well, but I keep getting pulled by this want to make something more grown up and sophisticated. I just cut out my first adult dress pattern and have been scouring for a perfect fabric to take the leap into adult sewing.

Can't wait to see what you have been doing behind our backs, you guys are sneaky! ;)
