Project Run and Play Weekly Themes

As an early Christmas present to all of you...here are the themes for Season 3 of Project Run and Play....

The first theme is a PATTERN REMIX using .....



Click HERE for the tutorial and sew along instructions....and you are ready to start remixing!

After you have made and photographed your outfit, upload your pictures to the Flickr group before 8 a.m. on Friday January 6th to be entered into the SEW ALONG contest.  The winner will receive a $25 gift card to Fabric.com! (To buy more fabric with....yippee!)

And here are the other themes (if you want to get a head start)

Week 2-- Boys' Week
Week 3-- Sewing Through the Decades (you choose a decade and make an outfit inspired by that decade)
Week 4-- Outerwear
Week 5-- Special Occasion/ Partywear

So there you have it! 
Have a Merry Christmas!  We are taking some time off to be with our families this next week, before the real work begins January 2nd.....so have a wonderful holiday, and we'll see you back here on Monday the 2nd.

  5. Now that we know the themes, do we still have to sew our entries in a week to be eligible? (I'm just so excited to get started!)

  6. Refugee Crafter---you can get sewing now if you'd like. Entries DO NOT have to be sewn in a week to be eligible....we changed the rules just a bit....we'll put up the new rules this week....just know that you can start sewing for any of the themes now.

    We are excited to see what you make!

  7. Yay for Boys Week! *Happy Dance* Now I just need to get my sewing machine out and "Time" slated for the hubby to babysit *More Happy Dancing*
    Maybe I can get one thing done a week...more would be fantastic though. I am prepared to be inspired!
