  1. I like paper since I don't have to tape all the printed pieces together, but I also like not having to store them with pdfs and being able to reprint if something happens to it.

  6. I prefer PDFs because I can scroll through my patterns online when I'm looking for inspiration and also being able to print out the pattern and cut out the right size for each of my kids without having to trace it each time.

  12. I prefer paper bc my printer is awful and cuts bottom edge off. I can take it to Office Depot but that can get expensive

  13. I like paper, because I'm not a huge fan of taping all day...but I do own my fair share of printed out patterns.

  15. I like to start projects in the middle of the night, so PDFs are nice because I can get them even though everyone else is asleep.

  17. I like using paper patterns because I trace the pattern size I'm using regardless of whether it's a paper or pdf pattern. I'm all for not taping the paper together!

  20. With clothing, I prefer paper pattern because of the multiple sizing. With other things, though, PDFs are my choice.

  21. I prefer pdf patterns. Reprinting as many times as I need to is a huge plus, especially at the rate my kids grow!

  22. I prefer paper patterns but am learning PDF printed patterns are just as easy to use. I don't mind taping the pieces together. I've also found PDFs offer instant gratification when ordering outside the US. No waiting for weeks for my purchase to arrive by snail mail!

  27. For kids patterns I prefer pdf's (not as many pages to put together!). For big patterns like this or adults, paper patterns are fantastic!

  30. I guess for this project, a paper pattern is best because there aren't multiple sizes. I typically prefer pdfs because it's easier to reprint than trace.

  31. I usually prefer to use paper patterns so I don't have to use my printer and taping etc. But some of my favorite patterns are only PDF patterns so I use them.

  32. I prefer paper because I keep them filed in an organized system. When I get PDF files, I print them and file them with the paper ones. Otherwise I'd never remember what I have...

  39. I prefer printed, so I don't have to print them myself, but PDF is great if you want to make multiple sizes.
