Project Happy Holidays: Elizabeth from August Sewing

Today's intro and line drawings sneak peek comes from Elizabeth from August Sewing.

Hey, it's me, Elizabeth Taylor-Olding of August Sewing. I live in Minnesota, but I'm originally from the Golden State of California. Regardless of my location, I'm surrounded by cuteness at all times.

I have three children, two boys who are out of the house already and a tween daughter, Lark. I refer to our family as the Olding Creative Team. The roles are determined by skill set. Me, well, I'm mostly making and organizing, and buying stuff. My husband, Robert is President in charge of taking pretty pictures. Lark is the idea girl, who likes to try new styles and has the face of an angel. The team is rounded out by our Fu, the occasionally disgruntled, but mostly willing supervisor, and Georgette, heart of gold, team player, excellent bowl cleaner.

I love to create new things.  Project Happy Holidays is amazing, and I hope you try out these patterns.  I contributed two patterns to the collection.

The Yawn Sleep/Tee is an oversized raglan that can be made as a sleep shirt, or a t-shirt.  It has a kangaroo pocket for keeping all your favorite things cozy.

Blip is a fitted raglan turtleneck with three variations on the neckline.  It's super easy to put together and is perfect to pair with many of the bottom patterns in the collection.

Come back tomorrow to see the last reveal from our collection!
