The Sew and Tell Project team is so excited to be taking part in Project Run and Play! We are four moms who blog together about our love of fabric, sewing, pattern testing, and life. We are blessed to be friends who share our faith and have fun dreaming up new ways to be creative. Stop over and say hi at the Sew and Tell Project!
Emily loves to sew, craft and design. She has had a strong desire to create and craft from young age. Her newest hobby is photography since she has so many willing models in her house. She sews all sorts of items, including clothing for her three children. Genie is a wife and mother who learned sewing and the other domestic arts from her grandmother (who was a designer in New York) and mother (who is a home ec teacher). She has many happy memories of sewing, needlepointing, cooking, and baking with them. She has worked as a portrait photographer for over 15 years. Alisha began sewing in elementary school for 4-H projects. In the past few years, as her family has grown to include 4 boys, she has rediscovered her love of sewing clothing for her and her family. She also enjoys pattern testing and expanding her photography skills. Eleri is a wife and mother to four young children. When she is not homeschooling or going on adventures with her little family, she loves to spend time in her craft room. Fabric, photography, and learning new skills keep this California girl warm during long Midwestern prairie winters.
