I have some exciting news! (and what better time for exciting news then the 100th post on PR&P!) After this cycle wrapped up, I was contacted by some amazing women who were interested in taking over Project Run&Play and making it bigger and better than ever. I cannot even explain how exciting this is for me. I never dreamed there would be so much interest in my little idea for a blog, and to be honest, it's outgrown me. I am not a very good blogger, and would like the opportunity to work on my personal blog again (especially after moving away from family), but definitely can't balance a personal blog and PR&P. So, I decided to go for it. I know the blog (and readers!) will be in great hands and I will still be around. :)
So....you wanna know who's in charge now? I'll give you a hint.. Here's my favorite design of theirs: (that's right- they were a design team)
Yay! Welcome Liz and Elizabeth of Simple Simon and Co! I am so excited to pass on the reins to you two lovely ladies and I know you will make this even better than I ever dreamed!

THANKS MICALAH!!!
The few weeks we spent participating in Project Run and Play were busy, stressful, and FUN. We had such a great time thinking about, designing, and making each article of clothing. It became clear that our love of creating children's clothing was something serious. How glad we are that Micalah gave us the opportunity to participate!
In the days following the end of the contest we realized that we weren't ready to say goodbye to Project Run and Play and after talking with Micalah we discovered that we wouldn't have to. How lucky and excited we feel that she would trust us to take over. (We know how much time and love that she put into this project.)
Over the past weeks we have been brainstorming ideas, contacting bloggers, rounding up some amazing sponsors and are ready to jump into Project Run and Play with both feet. The next season of the competition will begin Monday, January 2nd. But until then we have a new weekly line up that includes everything from guest posters to tutorials to linky parties.
Thank you again Micalah for starting something so fun. (And thank you for agreeing to stay on as a judge!) I don't think we can say enough about how excited we are.
The fun begins Monday with a giveaway! We hope you will join us.
