    i love the oliver + s popover sundress - it's free - (http://www.oliverands.com/blog/2009/08/popover-sundress-free-downloadable-pattern.html) and i've lengthened sparkle power's ruffle sleeve top into a dress with great results (http://candacetodd.blogspot.com/2009/08/ruffle-sleeve-top-tutorial.html). i'd also say to check out craftiness is not optional - she makes tons of adorable dress tutorials!
