It's time for another.......Pattern Remix.

While we are all patiently (or not so patiently) waiting for Project Run & Play All-Stars to begin, we are going to do a pattern remix contest for the next couple of weeks.

And the lovely Jessica at Me Sew Crazy has graciously offered us her Spring Fever Dress for our pattern remix.  Yippee!!!!

Here's how it will work.  On Wednesday you will hear from Jess herself and then it is your turn to get busy and remix Jess' great pattern.  (Or sooner if you prefer....)

A linky party for the pattern remix of the Spring Fever Dress will open this Thursday, February 28, 2013 and will stay up until March 8, 2013.

Then Jessica will choose her favorite "pattern remix" and that lucky remix-er will receive a fantastic prize which will be announced on the 11th.

And then we are on to our "All-Stars" season.....

So get ready to remix everyone....it is such a great patern to work with, and your little girls are definately needing some darling Spring dresses....so it's going to be a win-win for all!!!!

Jessica's pattern can be found HERE.  And a big thank you to Jess!!!

    4. No joke, these challenges seem to favor girls. A girl can wear boy's clothes, easily, with our without pink dye, but not so much with the boys wearing girl's clothes. Besides, the only man allowed to sparkle is David Bowie.

Yeah, yeah, I get it, societal norms and gender definitions and putting kids in molds. That debate aside, enough with the dress and skirt remixing!

    6. There are a few elements of this pattern that can be taken boy! The bodice is a pretty plain one.....and it might be a fun challenge to make into a boy's shirt or look.
