The Spirited Dress and Underpants was create during Season 16 of Project Run & Play,by Candice of Candice Ayala’s in her The Greatest Showgirl creation for the Circus Challenge.

The Spirited Dress is a structured knit dress featuring a distinguished Queen Anne neckline and a playful circle skirt complete with a bonus underpants pattern. It includes a facing or full bodice lining option.
Fabric Recommendations:
The Spirited Dress works well with 4 way and 2 way STABLE STRETCH FABRICS, BUT fabric choice must have LESS THAN a 40% STRETCH across the grain and NO MORE than a 5% vertical STRETCH. Fabrics include: Quilted Knit Jacquard Knit Stable Double Knit Liverpool French Terry
If you are using a thick knit for your main, be sure to use a thinner knit for your LINING or FACING, to avoid an uncomfortable bulkiness at the neck and arms. Recommendations for LINING / FACING if using a thick knit for the main: Stable Knit Liverpool French Terry All with similar STRETCH as the main.
