The Week 3 Winner is...

Katy! Congrats! Your design is beautiful!

Sadly, we have to let Shauna go this week. I loved her Sweet Little Miss outift and look forward to seeing more from her on her blog Shwin and Shwin.
Don't forget to upload your vintage and retro designs to the PR&P flickr group! I've been loving what you guys are doing!

****Updated- Once again, I would like to state that fashion is SUBJECTIVE! You're entitled to disagree with results, and you're welcome to state your disapproval on your personal blog, but please don't here. Even the "positive" comments like, "______'s was clearly best" can be hurtful. Each and every designer put work into each and every design. I will be deleting such comments the second I read them.

  2. I love that dress too! I'm so glad to see some designs for the 7-tween age girls....My baby isn't a baby anymore and i'm totally not ready for her to dress like a teenager so this dress is perfect for her and the little fashionesta loved it when I showed her!
    Congrats to Katy!

  3. Congrats Katy. So sad to see Shauna go. I think that's how it is every week though, especially at the end.

  4. I love the children models in this contest they are all so beautiful. Growing up my mum sewed all our clothes it was truly exciting to wear her creations (and immitations: jean jackets, polo shirts and expensive (looking) prom dresses). I hope these kids feel the same way!

  5. A fantastic competition allowing all your entrants to shine, hopefully they know that being in a competition has its pros and cons and they enjoy being in it to showcase their talent no matter when they leave and who the deemed winner is, they are all winners just being invited to participate. I Love Katy's dress, and I didn't even vote for her this week, congrats to all involved for such and inspiring competition idea. Keep it up!

  6. Can we have a "boy" themed week? These last three weeks have been purely lovely, but it would be a nice change to see a slew of little boy designs. Not only would it be refreshing for us moms of boys, but it may even present a greater challenge to the designers who would perhaps have to stretch beyond their comfort zones.
