Hello everyone! I’m Sarah from We Sew Got This.
I am sew excited to be here!
By day I’m a homeschooling mom of 4 awesome little people, 2 boys and 2 girls, ages 9, 7, 4 and 2. They are as addicted to diy as I am so we love feeding each other’s creativity!
Like many sewing mamas, I rediscovered my love for sewing when I had a little girl. I’m lucky to have a sewing buddy in the house also, despite how differently we create. My husband is a sewing mastermind, doing all the big scary things I would never attempt. We push each other to new limits and I wouldn’t be here without him!
I often get asked ‘How do you do it all?’ Well easy. I don’t! Sewing is my me time that feeds my soul. I feel productive, having something usable after also filling my creative drive. Mix that with other loves, my kids, photography and teaching to name a few, I result in some completed projects and a few blog posts along the way.
Otherwise I survive off faith, coffee and wine!
I love the mission of Project Run and Play and can’t wait to show you what I have in mind for the themes in this season. I will be posting on the blog as well as teasing over on Instagram here. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better, see you again soon!
