Hello!
My name is Carissa and I am the brains behind Love, Hazel Grace Designs. I live outside of Bloomington, IL with my
husband – Aaron - and my three amazing
children – Samuel, Johanna and Hazel.
In
my past life (before I had kids), I was an attorney but I have been sewing and
creating since I can remember at my mom and both my Grandma’s knees! Since
Johanna was a little girl I have made so much of her wardrobe and even had a
stint designing doll clothes for Ellie Inspired in 2013. I love to mash up patterns
and make what my little girls and my son desire! I have been designing clothes for my children
for more than 10 years, hopefully this will be the kick I need to finally sell
my patterns! Recently I started blogging about my sewing and crafting adventures
as well!
I
cannot believe I am taking place in Project Run and Play, I am honored to be a
part of this very talented bunch of designers!
