Hello, My name is Mònica from Ma, me, mi...mo and I’m so happy to be here!
I live in Barcelona, Spain, with my husband and our 3 kids (9, 7 and 2.)
I am a fine art restorer and I work in a museum here, therefor I am always surrounded by art and inspiration. In my free time, when I am not working or with my family, I love to sew. I have to confess that sewing is kind of an obsession of mine even when I’m on my way to work on the metro or when I’m in line waiting to buy fish at the market my mind is always on patterns, fabrics, and sewing.
I am a restless person who enjoys lots of different types of works, but I have found my true passion for sewing these past 8 years, when my oldest daughter was born. No one in my family knows how to sew so I had to teach myself. Soon after learning I had the need to share what I had made and I opened a blog thanks to which I have met a ton of people and had wonderful experiences.
I am very excited to be here in PR&P and I hope that my contribution will be fun and inspiring to all.
